My therapeutic style is to join with you on this journey, and help you meet the goals that you have for change. I am a caring and empathic therapist and will work with you to develop new ways of coping with the issues. I view therapy as a collaborative process, and I am respectful of each person’s unique challenges, strengths and goals. The treatment modalities I integrate into our work together are grounded in evidence-based practices, and current research on the process of change. My treatment follows the needs of the client.
My practice is designed to help people accept, express, control, understand and transform the issues that hold them hostage, and to address change in their lives. Relationships are complex and sometimes we need that outside help to put us on the right path.
